After creating a floor plan and a 3D presentation for your project, we will meet again in our design center to review layout, material selection, timeline, and proposal. If you are happy with what you have seen so far and have a clear picture of what we are accomplishing together, we will sign a contract and request an initial deposit.
Our project coordinator will contact you to arrange for delivery and installation schedule. Prior to commencement date, you will be provided access to our online Customer Portal, where you will be able to conveniently track real time information for all phases of your project.

Our team will perform a final walk-through to make sure that all aspects of your project have been delivered to your satisfaction. In addition to each product’s manufacturer warranty, MK offers a one-year warranty on all labor provided, in order to assure peace of mind beyond the project completion date.
